Former Toronto Raptor and recent NBA champion Kawhi Leonard is set to once again step foot on a Canadian basketball court.
However, it won’t be the home court of the Raptors.
The freshly signed member of the Los Angeles Clippers will take on the Dallas Mavericks at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Thursday, Oct. 17.
Kawhi Leonard will be playing his first game in Canada since his departure to the Clippers. It will be a preseason game on October 17th in Vancouver.

Kawhi Leonard is also scheduled to play in Vancouver next week, in the Clippers’ final preseason game, Doc Rivers said. His return to Canada should be quite a scene.

This will be the third straight preseason the NBA has visited Vancouver, with the Raptors playing on the West Coast the past two years.
Fans will be in for an exciting game featuring Leonard alongside fellow all-star Paul George versus reigning Rookie of the Year Luka Doncic.
Tickets for the game are notably cheaper than the last time Leonard played in Canada during the 2019 NBA Finals.
For just over $100, fans can get in the building, but tickets are selling fast.
