After thoroughly dominating the regular season and clinching a spot in the Thompson Okanagan Lacrosse League Finals, the Kamloops Venom is on the brink of elimination.
The team's first two games of the finals were less than ideal as they dropped the first 16-15 and the second 12-9.

In their first game, Kamloops came out firing. Thanks to strong performances from Mykl Drabiuk, Tanner Koroluk, Mack Stead, and more, the Venom took a 12-8 lead into the final period.
The Flames would outscore the Venom 6-2 in the final frame, forcing OT. In the extra frame, Trey Dergousoff put the Venom up one before the Flames stormed back, scored two and won the game.
