The Kelowna Skating Club had a terrific showing at the Super Series Victoria Day Interclub competition last week.
This was the first ever Super Series event of the year!
Skaters from all over B.C. and the Yukon came out to showcase their talent.
Kelowna’s Konstantina Lock led the way in her group two of Juvenile Women under 11.
The 10-year-old skater had a personal best score of 27.2 points while her club mate, Megan Yudin, finished third in group one.
Emily Sales, 12-years-old, struck gold in Pre-Novice Women group one. Malayna Lesko was able to secure silver in group two!
At the senior level, OKMSS student Olivia Gran won the free program!
Aberdeen Hall student Emma Bulawka came 4th, competing in the Senior Women’s short program. Competing at the Junior level, Emma came 1st in the Free Skate.
Vienna Harwood took home a pair of bronze medals in the Novice Women’s short and free program.
Ariana Rose and Christiana Lock both secured silver in Pre-Juvenile Women group two and STAR 5 Girls under 10 respectively.
Aurora Schultz won bronze in the Juvenile Women under 14.
Overall, it was a weekend filled with relentless talent and drive!
