You’re in for a treat when you order one of the pasta dishes because they use chef and owner Lauretta Coccaro’s sauce recipe, and the taste is unbeatable.

Our gold medal winner does things a little differently than your typical West Coast Italian restaurant. Mamma Rosa specializes in the art of handcrafted pasta and Italian food, so their pasta and bread are made fresh daily.

Their menu is extensive and showcases a variety of fresh pasta made from 100% Durum Semolina alongside a large selection of handcrafted and intriguing sauces.
