Another day, another festival that’s way later than Pemberton releases their lineup.
As we await the roster for B.C.’s biggest festival, Seattle based Bumbershoot released their 2017 lineup on Tuesday.
The lineup boasts Flume, Lorde and Odesza as headliners, making electronic fans very happy.
There’s even more reason for electronic fans to be happy as you make your way down the lineup, with acts like Dillon Francis, Die Antwoord and Slushii all on the bill.
Behind Lorde, there’s also a handful of high profile alternative and rock acts like Weezer, Haim, Spoon, Kaleo and X Ambassadors.
Meanwhile, hip hop fans will be happy with the lineup as well, as it boasts Big Sean, The Roots, Gucci Mane, Flo Rida, Vince Staples and Lil Yachty, just to name a few.
Bumbershoot isn’t just about the music either and the festival features an impressive lineup of comedy acts like Margaret Cho, Todd Barry, Brody Stevens and Judah Friedlander.
There are also a number of other features for patrons to enjoy including a Seattle music panel, a subpop pop-up store, a short film festival and more food trucks and stands than you can count.
Bumbershoot takes place annually on the Labour Day long weekend and this year is no different with the festival running from September 1st to September 3rd.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday through the Bumbershoot website.
