These young BC artists are making waves show by show, bringing an exciting mix of indie R&B/soul, jazz and infectious pop to the stage. Lovecoast pulls inspiration from classic legends such as Otis Redding, Ella Fitzgerald and Marvin Gaye, and applies it to their modern influences, such as Lake Street Dive, Sara Bareilles and Hey Ocean!, to create their unique sound. Lovecoast was formed in 2013 in Squamish BC around the talents of Danielle Sweeney and Scott Verbeek. Not long after Andrew Fraser and Jesse McNeill joined the group to complete Lovecoast’s sound.
