The album ended up being used for the soundtrack to VICE TV’s motorcycle documentary ‘Doin it Baja’. Upon moving back to the West Coast, Rolla transformed a shed in his backyard into a recording studio for ‘WESTERN HEART’. Inspired by great singer-songwriters such as Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Neil Young; the completed album features eight pop-rock songs including a psychedelic country duet with Louise Burns. The Peak 102.7 FM in Vancouver featured single ‘Magic Spell’. Back in the studio, Rolla is working on his most ambitious album to date.
