Repartee with Shut Up Patrick!
Since releasing their first EP in 2010 to a sold-out crowd at The Ship in St. John's, NL, Repartee have been actively touring the country, showcasing at Halifax Pop Explosion, Canadian Music Week and the ECMAs. They've been named The Newfoundland Herald's Band to Watch as well as The Scope's Best New Band and Best Pop Band, and they've shared the stage with the likes of Tegan and Sara, Dragonette, Arkells, LIGHTS, The Pains of being Pure at Heart, and more. In 2012, they won all five MusicNL Awards for which they were nominated. In 2013 they were nominated for an East Coast Music Award for Rising Star Recording of the Year, and they also performed at the 2013 ECMA Gala. Their newer material recently received placements in MTV's Awkward, Finding Carter and Becoming Us. Once their long-awaited debut album is released, Repartee plan on spreading their fiery electro-pop dance party to sweaty crowds across the country and around the world.
