Soup's On
Soup's On is a soup tasting event open to the public showcasing the culinary talents of local chef's in the community. It is a fundraiser event that was created by Enactus Okanagan College where half of net proceeds are donated to The Central Okanagan Food Bank and the other half are donated to Enactus Okanagan College. Enactus is a Non-Profit Student run organization filled with students and support from teachers who use entrepreneurial action to create a better more sustainable environment. With funding from fundraiser's such as Soup's On we can tackle the social, economic and environmental issues and create programs to better the community.
The following are the 15 restaurants that are involved in this year's Soup's On!
Curious Cafe, Basil and Mint, FSH, La Cucina, Westcoast Grill, Waterfront Restaurant and Wine Bar, Bonfire Restaurant, Bouchon's, Sturgeon Hall, Little Hobo Soup and Sandwich, Train Station Pub, Whiskey-Jacks Pub, Central Pub, Xchange Kelowna and Bliss Bakery and Bistro !
