2017-06-30 19:00:00 2017-06-30 20:30:00 America/Vancouver Ross' Gold presents Comedy for a Cause for Tim Nutt Ross' Gold is proud to present Comedy for a Cause featuring Tim Nutt to raise much needed funds for the BC Children's Hospital. 100% of ticket sales will go toward this important cause. Our sponsor is a fusion between a retail store and a medical cannabis society, Ross’ Gold is the first to harmonize these approaches in the thriving medical cannabis community of Kelowna, BC. Our focus is to showcase Ross’ Gold glassware and accessories to a 19+ audience, while offering the highest quality medicinal products available to those with medical cannabis prescriptions. Tim Nutt is a comic who can’t be judged by his cover. Long-haired, bearded and “rough around the edges”, audiences expect Nutt’s material to match. But he surprises with razored-down punch lines and well conjured-up premises that place him as one of the top comics working today. His appearance at the 2006 Just For Laughs was so impressive he was named one of the “Best of the Fest” and reviewers asked “where have they been hiding this guy?” The answer was, in comedy clubs across Canada where Tim has established himself as a top-draw for the past 16 years. Tim Nutt pushes comedy to explosive new levels and dimensions. He expertly explores the hilarity in everyday life. You’ll delight to his bizarre concepts and twisted viewpoints, all delivered with extra-planetary talent. Tim is rough and tumble and manic and combines one-liners and crafty storytelling with a smooth familiarity.. A favorite on stages from coast to coast, this 24 year comedy Veteran has brought his unique style to Radio and Television and he is quite proud of his “Comedy Now” special for CTV and the Comedy Network.
