Comedy for a Cause for OSIF presented by Sunbelt Rentals
Hey there, movie buffs and comedy aficionados! Get ready to have a rip-roaring good time and support local filmmakers at the same time! Join us for a night of knee-slapping laughs at Dakoda's Comedy Lounge, presented by the amazing folks at Sunbelt Rentals.
We're raising funds for local filmmakers to help bring their incredible stories to life through the Script to Screen program. And 100% of the ticket sales from this show are going straight to that cause!
You'll be in for a treat with some of the funniest comedians in Kelowna, including the hilarious host, Alison Ogilvie! She's got a Scottish brogue and a unique perspective on family life that'll have you rolling in the aisles. Plus, she's a winner of the B.C.'s funniest female competition!
But that's not all – we've got the fantastic Jamie Charest on deck as the feature act. He's a pro at observational comedy, and has performed at every major comedy club in Western Canada. You might have heard his hilarious routines on CBC Radio or caught him sharing the stage with comedy legends like Tom Green, Tom Segura, and even Steve O from Jackass!
