Playing a mix of originals and covers with his trademark one-man band style, local musician Windmills brings high energy, a little bit of comedy, and the unexpected!
Plant auction 7pm-10pm
Plant parents: bring cash or prepare to e-transfer $$ for the silent plant auction! Featuring plants ranging in size, all in unique pots. If you don't have cash, e-transfer after the event and we'll deliver the plants to you.
Bright Jenny coffee, tea, and mocktails will be available all evening. Drink up and support our venue sponsors!
Bright Jenny and The Virago Collective appreciate you wearing masks when not seated at the event. We encourage people to purchase tickets in groups or indicate who they wish to be seated near when purchasing individual tickets (there is an option for this while buying), as groups will be distanced with the health and safety of all those in attendance in mind.
Windmills & Erica Anderson plant auction at Bright Jenny Coffee is in support of The Virago Collective (tVC), a emerging local theatre company. September 8-11 & 15-18, tVC will be presenting, in partnership with Creative Okanagan, a production of Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl at the Mary Irwin Theatre in the Rotary Centre for the Arts. The one act play is a modern adaptation of the classic Greek myth and features seven local actors and live music by Windmills each night. Tickets will be available at www.rotarycentreforthearts.com in July.
