Gallaghers 20th Annual Art Show and Sale
The Gallaghers Canyon Art Society announces their 20thh annual Art Show and Sale. A variety of art and craft items will be for Sale and display, including paintings, pottery, jewelry,
photographs, fibre arts, woodwork and more. The show is open to the public Saturday and Sunday, July 15th and 16th from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Village at Gallaghers Canyon, 4360 Gallaghers Drive East.
Joan Patridge, the President of the Art Society, explained that the Society was formed with the mission to provide residents living at Gallagher Canyon an opportunity to share, improve, inspire and exhibit their artistic skills through classes, exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops by well-known Kelowna artists. The Gallaghers Art Society is excited about the Art Show’s 20th anniversary and to share the artistic talents of Gallagher’s residents with the Okanagan community. “We invite everyone to come to the Art Show and Sale to celebrate with us.”
There is plenty of parking, free admission and door prizes. Each year the raffle proceeds are donated to charitable organizations in Kelowna that use art in the programs they present.
