This two day event will see a cross country marathon (XCM) race on Saturday, May 19th. On Sunday, May 20th, the event will host the Kelowna stop of the 2018 BC Enduro Series!
The XCM will feature a 35km+ course with over 1500m of climbing. It will feature long, technical climbs with long, technical descents. All but about 4km is on single-track (or some single and a half). In classic Okanagan flavour, it will be loose, dusty and fast!
The BC Enduro race will feature 5-7 stages with 35km+ of riding and over 1500m of climbing. Also in classic Okanagan flavour, expect loose, dusty, fast and rocky!
Both races will feature a short course for the newer and/or younger racers. The short courses will still feature great Okanagan riding, but will be less technical and shorter.
Both races (including the short courses) will have well stocked food stations. But please, carry enough water/food with you for the entire race, just in case.

Where: Crawford/Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, Kelowna, BC
When: Saturday May 19th (XCM) and Sunday May 20th (Enduro)
What: 35km+/1500m XCM and Enduro (also 35km+/1500m over 5-7 stages) with Sprint courses (-+20km, 800m climbing)
Cost: XCM - $80, Enduro $80 *** If you sign up for both, get both races for $140 (save $20).
Short Course XCM - $60.
Onsite registration add $10 to each race.
You entry fee gets you: A post race meal from an awesome Kelowna Food Truck, well stocked feed stations, excellent course marking and ultra-stoked volunteers

The legal’ish stuff:
It is required that EVERY racer in the XCM be a cycling BC member at the "Provincial Ride" level. Membership gets you access to insurance that you wouldn’t otherwise have. This $60/season membership helps to support cycling development in BC at all levels, from the grassroots (which is what our race is) right up BC racers on the national team (such as Catherine Pendrel!). It is HIGHLY recommended that every rider, both foreign and Canadian, buys third party extended health insurance to cover any medical expenses from any injuries.
U19 riders in the Enduro race must wear full face helmets for the stages.
Given the nature of mountain biking in the back country, racers are expected to be entirely self-sustained in both races. While there will be feed stations, they are a luxury and don’t assume they will be there, plan accordingly (ie: bring enough water, some food and tools for the entire race).
