Rather than needing to adapt to the yoga moves, this class adapts to each individuals abilities and offers variations for a unique, personal experience. This class is free, inclusive and accessible. Please note that participants who may require substantial physical or behavioral support may be asked to attend alongside a guardian or support worker.
