Wilden Creativity Day
Celebrating Creative Minds, Visual Arts and Original Music
Come up to the Wilden Presentation Centre on Sunday, June 5th, from 2.30-4.30pm to celebrate young talent in visual arts and music together with the Wilden neighbours and team. We are opening the exhibition of the winner and finalists of the 2016 Wilden Creativity Award and will be joined by two very gifted young song writers playing their original music on our patio.
We invite everyone who participated or watched the 2016 #WildKelowna Photo contest to join us for the Finale: The best entries will be exhibited and the winner of the $100 gift card for the Greenery Garden Center will be announced!
Visual Artists
Exhibiting artist include Amy Malbeuf, MFA Graduate and the winner of the 2016 Wilden Creativity Award, as well as Jordan Bennett (MFA Graduate) and Jia Chen (BFA Graduate). The two latter ones are our 2016 Wilden Creativity Award finalists. The exhibition will be on for one month.
Musicians
While enjoying complimentary wine and juice on our lake view-patio you can listen to the acoustic guitars and magnificent voices of two young song writers: Nicole Holkestad and Jeff Piattelli.
See you on June 5th at 132 Sky Court from 2.30 to 4.30 pm.
