Hannah Day & Lindsay Crosby will lead you through a 60 minute all levels Hatha Yoga class focusing on the grounding energy of the earth. This in-person event is open to all levels, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome to participate. Let's come together as a community to honor our planet and ourselves.
