I don’t believe that I have a trademark saying.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select and why?
I’d say Jimmy Fallon- he just seems like an incredibly interesting person.
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
If I ever had the opportunity to save a life and an award was given as a result, I would very much cherish that.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Albert Einstein. I would love to debate with him over the general theory of relativity.
Who inspires you?
My children definitely do.
What are three things on your bucket list?
Tour Italy, write a novel, and see Led Zeppelin in concert.
If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
Although I love everything about the ocean, I wouldn’t want the headache of an enormous yacht.
If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
Sounds morbid, but maybe my day of death just to know if I could have done anything to change it.
What are you passionate about?
My family (human and k9), fly-fishing, music, fast cars and motorcycles.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
The birth of my children or my wedding day.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
My University Degree in Finance
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna? What do you like about it?
I love the Eldorado restaurant in the evening- great food, ambiance and views.
What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna? Why?
I love being on the lake and wake surfing in the summer.
What is the name of your business/organization?
The Kelowna Pet Resort
What does your business/organization do?
Boarding facility for dogs and cats. We are a pet boarding facility located on Glenmore Road. It is an 8.5 acre parcel of land which has 3 boarding facilities on it. We have the Lap Dog Lodge, which caters to our furry friends under 25lbs. The Cat’s Meow Motel is a unique cat boarding facility. Each cat has its own large suite with windows and ledges where they can overlook the farm. Half of the suites have enclosed outdoor access if desired. Additionally, we are currently constructing the Big Dog Barn, where we will have beautiful large suites for medium to large dogs, and a massive indoor play area. Daycare and grooming services will be available. There will also be a huge enclosed outdoor area for the dogs to run around and play.

What is your mission?
The Kelowna Pet Resort provides a safe, clean and loving environment for your pets when you are away.
If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
We are very much looking forward to meeting our new customers and friends once we open the Big Dog Barn.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
Potentially expanding some of our facilities and services over time.
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
I believe that the Kelowna Pet Resort is paws down the best resort in town.
What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
1) We are all animal lovers
2) We provide a safe and clean environment
3) We strive for the highest possible customer service.
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
We are a family run facility. My family, be it on my side or my wife’s side, care very much for all of our guests. They make the Kelowna Pet Resort a very special place.
How does your business/organization impact the community?
We provide a much needed service for pet loving families at a very convenient location.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
I guess the best scenario would be that they are experts in the things that I am passionate about. We’d have a lot to talk about then.
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
I’d love to have direct flights to Hawaii.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The lake, weather and vineyards.
