Meet Brandon! He's from Abbotsford and relocated to Kelowna 8 years ago. He took his mom's advice that he would be great at real estate and never looked back.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My wife Lisa, She had my heart in Kindergarten after my parents divorced I moved to Coquitlam and we reconnected 16 years ago on Facebook and the rest is history!
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
Peddlers Cottage downtown Kelowna on Bernard Ave, a historic house turned into a boutique store offering country inspired home decor.
Describe yourself in one word.
Passionate
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
A family vacation to Florida to take the kids to Disney World to meet Mickey Mouse!
What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
Snowboarding at Big White in the winter and Golfing at any of the local courses during the summer!
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
I was 10 pin bowling with my wife and brother in law. When it was my turn to knock down the pins my fingers got stuck in the ball when I went to release it and my body went with it flying forward over the line and setting off the penalty sensor.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
I was inspired more than ever at last months awards ceremony, where I joined fellow colleagues to be awarded for there handwork and dedication to there business. In my first year in real estate, I was honoured to receive two awards one for Ultimate Service and another for total production.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
When I was young my family would take two months every summer to travel the United States in our family motorhome. I have too many favourite moments to list, but I LOVED going to Disneyland and Universal Studios!
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
Tim Hortons Camp Day, Canadian Tire Jump Start, Habitat For Humanity, and Salvation Army.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Affordable Housing for everyone.
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?
Lakeside at Pritchard Park in West Kelowna, my absolute favourite go-to spot.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kelowna and why?
Upgrading the transit system and offering more transit options for tourists and locals.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The Lifestyle, and a close second the incredible people!
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1.Honeymoon to Bora Bora

Tell us something that not everyone may know about you.
I spent the last decade cleaning some of the busiest restaurants and hotels in Canada and have most likely scrubbed more toilets than you could ever imagine.

Why did you get into/start this business?
My mom said I’d be great at real estate, took her advice and I’m forever grateful I did.
What is the goal of your business?
Brandon helps people buy and sell real estate in Kelowna and the surrounding communities including West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland. With a focus on providing clients with world-class service, technology-driven marketing, and an unsurpassed work ethic. Brandon has a goal to be in the top 1% or residential real estate agents in North America.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Finding that happy medium of work-life balance!
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
I would have gone into real estate YEARS ago. I truly LOVE what I do each and every day

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Grant Cardone. Every once in a while you’ll meet or discover a person who has the power to change your entire life. Grant did that and continues to push me to new heights every day. Spending an entire day with him would be a dream come true.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
Local businesses rely heavily on our support. When I shop locally I know I am helping stimulate our local economy and am a contributing factor to its growth.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Achieving Top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in my first year in real estate.
