The names of victims in the Paris terrorist attacks who died are slowly being released. Approximately 129 died during the November 13th attacks and more than are 350 injured.
A United States student, who was studying design at Strate College of Design died on Friday evening. Nohemi Gonzalez was 23 and she originally lived in California.
“I’m deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Long Beach State University student Nohemi Gonzalez. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this sad time,” said President Jane Close Conoley. "Our university stands with our nearly eighty foreign exchange students from France as they struggle with this tragedy. We will extend all support necessary to comfort them. We will also extend support to all students, faculty and staff who are in need.”
Nick Alexander, a crew member of the band Eagles of Death Metal, who was playing at the Bataclan Theatre in Paris the night of the attacks was killed. Alexander was touring with the band selling merchandise. A gofundme account was made in his honour, but quickly changed to a memorial fund for everyone who had been killed.

The band posted on Facebook after the events saying they were still trying to find crew members.
We are still currently trying to determine the safety and whereabouts of all our band and crew. Our thoughts are with all of the people involved in this tragic situation.

Isobel Bowdery, who studied at the University of Cape Town pretended to be dead during the attacks to stay alive. Bowdery wrote a lengthy Facebook post about her experience, which has been shared more than 570,000 times. Bowdery was attending the Eagles of Death Metal concert, when she said a man walked through the front entrance and began shooting.
“It wasn’t just a terrorist attack, it was a massacre.”
The young woman pretended she was dead on the floor for more than an hour, and managed to stay alive. A picture of the shirt she was wearing splattered with blood was attached to her post.

The Deputy Mayor of Chartres in France, Jean-Pierre Gorges posted on Facebook that one of the suicide bombers lived in Chartres. His name was Mostefai Ismael Omar.
Local media in Paris are reporting that one gunman was a 29-year-old French national who had ties to Islamic militants.
