Describe your business in one word.
Trees.
What is the goal of your business?
To assist clients in safely removing hazardous trees.
Why did you start your business?
My husband started this business seasonally and would go up North to work in the winter months. Once we started a family it was important for us to have him work locally and not have to go away all winter.
What makes your story unique?
My husband is a certified arborist and certified tree faller. He started this business almost 10 years ago on his own and has built a remarkable reputation for himself over the years.
He does all the tree work for the district of lake country and is on-call with them 24/7. He is the hardest worker I know!!! Once I got involved about 5 years ago things just got more organized :)
Now we have 2 young kids and are so happy to be serving the Okanagan and surrounding areas!
Do you have anything extra you’d like to share?
My husband is only 33! He is extremely talented and knowledgeable in his trade, he is a hard-working business owner, an amazing father and a great husband so I especially feel like he deserves a shout-out!
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
Everything!
Why do you think it’s important to shop locally?
We need our local businesses, so much of our city is built up of small family-owned and operated businesses.
How can people connect with you?
Through our website, Instagram and Facebook.
