PHOTOS: Parts of Northern B.C. see overnight snowfall

It looks like parts of Northern B.C. have skipped fall and went straight to winter.

It’s the most wonderful time of the yearšŸŽ¶ oh wait, never mind, it’s only September. #northernbc #movetothenorththeysaiditdbefuntheysaid

Today, Environment Canada issued a special weather statement for 100 Mile, Nicole and South Thompson stating that a cold front was crossing and places of higher elevation could be seeing snowfall.

A frost warning was also issued for Prince George yesterday.

While we all know snow is inevitable, we never think it will come this early. Even parts of Alberta saw an early Christmas!

I guess it’s time to dust off the winter coats and boots.

Did wake up to Christmas in September? Post your photos in the comment section below!
