Anyone looking to travel east on Highway 1 should expect some delays Tuesday night.
Crews will be doing avalanche control west of Revelstoke from 8 pm to 10 pm.

The road will be closed between the Griffin Lake Avalanche Gate and Clanwilliam OH Bridge, nine to 24 kilometres west of Revelstoke.
Drivers can expect delays in the area as crews do their work.
People travelling on Hwy 1 are reminded that a snowfall warning has been issued for the area around Revelstoke.
Around 10-20 centimetres is expected with the worst conditions happening around Eagle Pass and Rogers Pass.
