In second place is the Okanagan Fest of Ale. This festival was established in 1996 making it one of the largest and longest running beer festivals in British Columbia.
This festival operates as a non-profit society and is managed by a volunteer board of directors. In combination with their efforts hosting the festival each year, they have also donated over $750,000 back into the community.
