Do you love classical music and improvised elements from early instruments?
Well, you’re in luck!
We are giving you the chance to enjoy an afternoon at 1685: Bach, Handel, Scarlatti hosted by Early Music Studio.
Early Music Studio, on harpsichord, theorbo, lute, and early guitar, along with guest artist Nancy DiNovo playing the baroque violin, features the work of three Baroque masters in an afternoon concert at Kelowna Forum on Sunday, April 22nd at 2:30 p.m.
The Society of Friends of the Early Music (EMS) is a non-profit organization in Kelowna, dedicated to the performance and education of music written before 1850 and played on period instruments. Executive Directors Susan Adams and Clive Titmuss produce historically-informed concerts, videos and recordings as they play on a variety of keyboards, guitars and lutes in their collection.
