(UPDATE: March 3 @ 3 pm) - The Weeknd has added a second Vancouver show to his 2020 summer tour and it's on a Friday night!
After kicking off the tour at Rogers Arena on Thursday, June 11, he'll now play the same venue again on Friday, June 12.
As they are on Thursday, Sabrina Claudio and Don Toliver will be opening acts for the Friday show as well.
Tickets for the second show go on sale Friday, March 6 at 10 am.
(Original story: Feb. 20 @ 9:45 am) - Earlier this week, The Weeknd revealed the title, cover and release date for his new album, After Hours.
It’ll come out on March 20 and with the three singles that we’ve heard so far, the excitement is building for the Canadian star’s fourth studio album.

Today, fans have reason to get even more excited because The Weeknd, or Abel Tesfaye as his mother calls him, announced a massive 2020 world tour.
The After Hours Tour will begin in June and see the 30-year-old make his way through North American for nearly three months.

Fans in British Columbia have even more reason to be excited, as they’ll be the first to see the singer when he kicks off the tour at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Thursday, June 11.
If you find yourself in the building on June 11, you can expect “state-of-the-art production” and “one of the most innovative stage designs to date.”
Sabrina Claudio and Don Toliver have been announced as opening acts.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 am on Friday, Feb. 28, although there are various presales you can find out about through Ticketmaster.
