It’s summertime and the temptation to go buy a blizzard from Dairy Queen is high.
Today, you’ll want to give in to that temptation because it’s the 16th annual Miracle Treat Day.
When you buy a blizzard on the ninth, the proceeds will go towards a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital.
“Every minute, 62 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital for treatment,” says a release about Miracle Treat Day.
“These hospitals rely on community donations to ensure each child receives the best possible care.”
Dairy Queen and the Children’s Miracle Network formed a partnership in 1984 and since then more than $135 million has been raised to support sick and injured kids across North America.
