Expedia has released a list of the Best Places to Experience Winter in Canada and a favourite ski resort has made the cut.
The list featured 14 places all separated by what winter month to visit them in.
For the month of December, one of the best places to experience Canada in the winter is Sun Peaks!
Expedia chose this location due to the resorts big mountains, powdery snow and, oddly enough, its cheese fondue!
It’s no surprise that Sun Peaks made it on the list seeing as it is the second largest ski area in the country with 4,270 acres.
But the resort wasn’t just chosen for the shred.
Attractions like Sunburst Bar and Eatery's three-course fondue dinner were mentioned alongside Elevated Fishing Adventures tour company and Voyageur Bistro.
The other BC location featured on the list was Rossland for the Rossland Winter Carnival in January.
