Kelowna residents will no longer have to make the trek out to Lake Country to enjoy one of the region’s most beloved brunch spots.
They still can, of course, but soon The Jammery will be opening a second location at the Kelowna Crossing Shopping Center near the intersection of Hwy 97 and Hwy 33.
The Jammery’s website says the new location will open its doors this month.
It will be open daily from 8 am until 3 pm for people to come enjoy the restaurant’s award-winning breakfast and jams.
The original Jammery location has been open on Hwy 97 N, just north of Kelowna International Airport near the border of Kelowna and Lake Country, for more than two decades.
A three-time winner of The Best Breakfast in Kelowna through NowMedia’s Best of Kelowna awards, The Jammery uses local fruit to make its popular house made jams that are a staple in many Okanagan households.
While you can buy jam and other merchandise to take home, you can also sit in for a delicious meal off their breakfast or lunch menus.
In 2014, The Jammery was featured in an episode You Gotta Eat Here on the Food Network.
