Road closure for Downtown Kelowna Light Up on Saturday

The Downtown Kelowna Light Up will be happening this Saturday, December 2nd in Stuart Park.

Because of the festivities, motorists should expect road closures and potential delays.

Water Street from Doyle Avenue to the Queensway roundabout will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

However, the roundabout will remain open.

Parking will also be restricted to the area described, starting at 6 a.m. on Saturday.

Any vehicles parked along this stretch will be towed to the City Hall parking lot.

The Stuart Park Light Up activities will run from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will include a market, inflatable play areas and the tree lighting takes place at 5 p.m.
