Here at KelownaNow, we understand the importance of supporting charities through thick and thin.
We recently worked together with the Child Advocacy Centre to put together an incredible video to tell their story to the community of Kelowna.
The Child Advocacy Centre is changing the landscape, their approach is a response where the needs of the child are at the center of everything.
This is done through emotional support, physical wellness, a strong network of support and providing a safe and secure environment as seen in the video below.
KelownaNow tells stories through writing, photos, videos and more, we strive to support the charities in our communities and share the importance and impact we can have when we do support local.
Ginny, the Executive Director share a kind message with NowMedia Group in response to the video:
“We are so grateful for our connection to the NowMedia Group. Over the past two years they have truly played an integral role in our development though their ability to communicate our stories across the community. As a new agency, awareness is everything. We have always been able to count on our friends over at KelownaNow to help us shout our story from the roof top. They are and will continue to be, a critical community partner for the Child Advocacy Centre. Thank you for all that you do, your gifts of time, resources and storytelling.”
By supporting local businesses and charities you are directly keeping the heartbeat of communities alive.
