Canada’s Pink Floyd tribute band, PIGS, is coming to Kelowna during their Fearless Tour 2023.
Originally formed in Victoria, the band is making its way to the Okanagan for a show at the Kelowna Community Theatre on April 1.
The evening will feature songs from The Wall, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here and Animals, along with other classic favourites and rarities from Meddle to The Division Bell.
Using authentic equipment, the band recreates the sound and live concert experience of Pink Floyd’s 70s era with a set-list designed to highlight the biggest hits and most interesting rarities.
Over a dozen different guitars and basses are used each night, and songs are performed with a combination of studio and original live versions.
PIGS has been performing across the country for over a decade and has emerged as the number one Pink Floyd tribute band in Canada, playing to over 100,000 fans.
They will also be performing at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre on March 31.
