The PNE has unveiled the highly anticipated PNE Prize Home for its 2017 lottery and it's simply stunning.
Valued at $1.6-million, the 3100 ft² home has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling living space.
Designed by West-Kelowna's Freeport Industries, the house comes fully furnished with the very latest appliances and furniture design.
"The house was designed with a West Coast contemporary feel in mind," said Chris Inkster, President Freeport Industries LTE.
"The design, manufacturing and installation were all done by our West-Kelowna team. It all went according to plan and we're very proud of the build."
The luxury pad also comes complete with a home entertainment theatre, a gourmet kitchen and its very own bar complete with a pool table.
"The house was built in 6 modules in our West Kelowna manufacturing plant, including being shipped and assembled by our installation crew," explained Inkster.
"It's designed for Okanagan lifestyle in terms of indoor-outdoor living and the house is built for entertaining."
Currently, the house is in Vancouver where it will be on display during the 2017 PNE Fair.
Afterwards, the home will be relocated to Naramata, B.C.
