As of Oct. 31, Greyhound will be discontinuing all bus routes to the Okanagan, meaning the site will be vacated by the company shortly afterward.

Located in the heart of several main shopping centres, the site is "perfectly poised for redevelopment/densification" according to HM Commerical and is designated for commercial service C10 zoning.
The property is priced at $6-million.
