According to Environment Canada, the high today will be 30ºC.
Gusts of up to 40 kilometres an hour are on tap later in the day.
Overnight, we can expect showers and a low of 13ºC.
Looking ahead, a period of relatively cool weather is anticipated, with Saturday forecast to be wet with a temperature high of 17ºC.
