A Kelowna man is hoping to change the way we eat and look at food by producing a community based TV/Web Show called One Big Table.
Giulio Delle Nuvole Piccioli has launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund his goal of creating a connection between community and food. Piccioli plans to explore the history and culture of the Okanagan Valley and the impact buying local food has on the community. By introducing simple and easy recipes he hopes people will begin eating healthy and food grown in the valley.

Piccioli is currently working alongside a local filmmaker to create the program and hopes to have the first season of the show developed over the next few months. His goal is to have the program finalized by fall 2014 and will pitch the idea to Shaw TV.
There is just over a week remaining for Piccioli to reach his $10,000 crowd sourcing goal. He has already filmed a couple of pilot episodes that can be viewed on the One Big Table website and has posted a variety of recipes.
