Modern Stays’ has a wide range of clients from homeowners, hotels, property management companies that manage multiple vacation homes and Airbnbs, strata complexes and wineries to realtors, restaurants, rental buildings that need daily cleaning, suite cleanings, Big White Ski Resort units, move outs and post-construction.
“We prepare before we start and follow a proven step-by-step process that is proven to be successful,” says Rochelle.
“This creates trust, understanding and long-term growth for our partners, our business and our employees. We’re experienced not only in cleaning, but managing and customizing cleaning programs for our partners. We audit every clean to ensure nothing is missed.”
Rochelle’s cleaning career started 15 years ago when she met someone who needed help preparing numerous homes for short-term rentals.
She bought supplies, stocked shampoos, soaps and food and hired cleaning staff.
She loved it and founded her first company, Urban Mint Services, to not just do cleaning but whole home management.
A stint of travel followed, staying in Airbnbs in Mexico and rescuing dogs for adoption.
A return to Canada saw Rochelle selling cleaning supplies to hospitality facilities and designing cleaning programs for hotels, restaurants and facilities across the country.
In 2023, Modern Stays Cleaning Co. was born to serve homeowners and property management companies that oversee multiple vacation rentals.
