On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT, the Innovation Centre in Kelowna, BC, will be having the "Legacy: The Nixon Hospitality Group Story," an inspiring event presented by JCI Kelowna in collaboration with the Nixon Hospitality Group.
This special evening coincides with the 10-year anniversary of BNA Brewing Co., one of the group's flagship establishments.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to hear firsthand from the Nixon family about their journey in building the Nixon Hospitality Group.
The story begins with Jim Nixon's development of the Hotel Eldorado and other notable Kelowna properties.
Following the sale of the Hotel Eldorado, the next generation—Kyle and Carolyn Nixon—expanded the family's hospitality ventures, establishing popular venues such as BNA Brewing Co., Skinny Dukes, Bernie's, Snowshoe Sam's, and The Bohemian Cafe.
