A Kelowna events company is set to hit the road later this week for a four-show run through the Okanagan.
Rebellious Unicorns will be bringing “Hello Dolly: A Dolly Parton Drag Tribute Show” to Kelowna, Kamloops, Oliver and Enderby between Jan. 18-21.
Unfortunately, the Enderby event on Jan. 21 is already sold out, but tickets are still available online if you want to see the show in Kelowna (Jan. 18), Kamloops (Jan. 19) and Oliver (Jan. 20).
Rebellious Unicorns says the production will bring together four drag performers, each renowned in their own right, to pay homage to Dolly Parton’s enduring legacy.
Those performers are Jaylene Tyme, Karla Marx, King Smokey Waters and Ella Lamoureux.
Attendees are promised a night of dazzling costumes, dynamic performances and the timeless music of Parton.
"We are thrilled to bring 'Hello Dolly' to fans across these communities," says Dustyn Baulkham, the show's organizer. "It's a unique opportunity to experience Dolly Parton's music through the art of drag, and we promise a night of unforgettable entertainment."
All shows are expected to sell out, so don’t wait on grabbing tickets if you want to see this exciting tribute to a country music great.
