Another 74 cases of COVID-19 were identified in the BC Interior over the past 24 hours.
It brings the region to 10,834 total cases since the start of the pandemic, with 659 currently active.
There are 36 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in the BC Interior and 20 of them are in critical care.
Unfortunately, there was an additional death over the past 24 hours, which brings Interior Health’s pandemic death toll to 130.
Once again, vaccination numbers were on the low side as the province awaits more vaccine shipments, but another 5,611 BC Interior residents for their first shot since Tuesday.
