Mission Dance Company will be bringing the classic ballet performance of The Nutcracker to the stage this holiday season.
The performance will see highly professional local talent on display, including bringing in internationally renowned professional guest artist, Kealan McLaughlin, for the performances.
A ticket to the two-hour event will also have you get a reduced ticket price for children 12 and under, a 'Gifts for the Season' silent auction along with picture taking and poster signing by the local artists. In addition, premium ticket holders will be treated to an exclusive VIP after performance reception with a glass of champagne, as they meet the principal dancers and artistic director.
The show will be directed by Tanya Vadurova, who has been with the Mission Dance Company for 18 years.
Performances are as follows:
Penticton- Sunday, Dec 18. 3:30 pm at Cleland Community Theatre.
Vernon- Tuesday, Dec. 20. 7:30 pm at Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre.
Kelowna- Thursday, Dec 20 at 7:30 pm and Friday, Dec. 23 at 3:00 and 7:30 pm. All will be at the Mary Irwin Theatre.
