A popular biannual market event will be back at the Laurel Packinghouse today.
It’s the spring edition of the Ladies Closet Cleanout, which will be held at the downtown Kelowna venue from noon until 3 pm.
There’s were a limited number of $10 VIP tickets up for grabs to get access to the event at 11 am, but those have since sold out and anyone hoping to go last minute will have to wait until noon to get in.
The spring Ladies Closet Cleanout will have over 40 tables of pre-loved and gently-used ladies clothing, shoes and accessories, directly from people’s closets.
“This is a great opportunity to refresh your spring style and support a great cause,” says a release from organizers.
The cause is The Bridge Youth & Family Services, which will be receiving a portion of the proceeds from the event.
“We continue to support local charities with our series of Closet Cleanout events and are pleased to support The Bridge Youth & Family Services with a portion of the spring event’s proceeds,” noted event producer Rosanne Ting-Mak Brown.
Everyone who attends the Ladies Closet Cleanout today will be entered to win some great door prizes.
