BNA Brewing has teamed up with Third Space Charity to put on a night of bowling that will support a wonderful cause.
The two local organizations will be putting on ‘Pins for Purpose’ at BNA on Monday, March 25, in an effort to raise funds and awareness for mental health services in Kelowna.
All proceeds from bowling lanes booked that day will be donated to Third Space Charity, which provides barrier-free resources to those in need.
“We’re so pleased to be able to support Third Space in this way,” said Jill Jarrett from Nixon Hospitality, the Kelowna-based group that owns BNA. “Mental health truly affects us all and their work to make care accessible is something we’re incredibly proud to be able to contribute to.”
It costs $45 to book a lane for an hour and that can accommodate up to six bowlers.
If you want to get down to BNA on March 25 and support the cause without bowling, everyone is encouraged to come and gather at BNA.
You’ll be able to play bocce, try some arcade games and, of course, enjoy some great food and beverages, while representatives from Third Space will be on site to answer questions about their services.
“We are grateful to BNA for their generosity and commitment to mental health advocacy,” noted Megan Woodruff, executive director of Third Space Charity. “This partnership exemplifies the power of collaboration in addressing pressing social issues.”
The hope is that the bowling lanes are packed all night long, so don’t hesitate if you’re thinking that you want to be a part of the festivities.
