If you have a stockpile of bottles and cans at home, consider donating them to a good cause in the community.
You can bring your empties down to Kelowna Infiniti Nissan, (2741 BC-97, Kelowna, BC V1X 4J8) on Sunday, June 9 from 10 am to 4 pm to support Pathways Abilities Society.
Pathways Abilities Society has been providing services to individuals with diverse abilities in the Central Okanagan for 71 years, and as a non-profit registered charity, they rely on support from the community to continue their positive impact.
Among the many services Pathways provides is the Integrated Career Opportunities service, which connects individuals with diverse abilities to local progressive businesses to create customized employment.
Whether you only have a small bag of empties or a trunk full to donate, every bottle, milk container and can makes a difference.
