Christmas market season is already in full swing in Kelowna, but several local businesses are coming together for a new holiday endeavour that will have a slightly different feel.
Born to Shake, MotherLove Ferments and Lavender & Grace Jewelry are co-hosting The Holiday Affair, which is being dubbed as an “unforgettable, unique” Christmas market.
The night market is 19+, which gives you a bit of an idea what to expect when it takes place from 5-10 pm on Thursday, Dec. 7.
Organisers say it will feature exclusive sips and plenty of holiday cheer with several local vendors inside the Born to Shake and MotherLove spaces at the corner of Vaughan Avenue and Ethel Street.
Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their best holiday attire and enjoy snacks, drinks and live music from DJ Kaz while they shop.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door, which includes a $2 donation to the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
“Each ticket enters you to win a fabulous door prize, complimentary coat check and savour the festivities with a mini sample drink from MotherLove,” organisers say.
