After a successful pilot, Walmart and Instacart are teaming up to bring grocery delivery across the country.
Nearly 200 Walmart locations in Canada now have on-demand grocery delivery services, which includes all four Walmart locations in the Okanagan.
Products like food, health products, household goods, pet food, diapers and much more can now be delivered in as fast as an hour.
The service runs through Instacart and customers will need to visit the Instacart website or install the app to get products delivered.
Although you can get your groceries in just an hour if you please, you can also schedule a dropoff for up to five days in advance.
An Instacart shopper will pick, pack and deliver the order within the customer’s designated timeframe.
The Canada-wide expansion comes after a successful 17-store pilot in the Greater Toronto Area and Winnipeg.
If you decide to try it out, you can enter the code ‘WMTCOAST2COAST’ at checkout for $10 off your first delivery order of $35 or more.
