UPDATE: Missing Yukon woman last seen in the Okanagan found safe

(UPDATE: Feb. 26 @ 9:15 am) - Willamina Robert has been found.

The 27-year-old Yukon woman who was reported missing out of the North Okanagan on Friday is "safe and well," police said.


(Original story: Feb. 23 @ 3:25 pm) - The North Okanagan RCMP is hoping the public can help track down a missing woman.

Willamina Robert, 27, was last seen in Vernon on Tuesday, Feb. 20.

However, Robert is not from the Okanagan and is a Yukon resident.

Police provided the following description of the missing woman:

  • 27 years old
  • 5’6”
  • Slim build
  • Brown hair with red highlights
  • Brown eyes

Anyone who has seen or heard from Robert, or has relevant information regarding her whereabouts, is urged to contact their local police.
