VIDEO: Speculation Tax already hurting

If there's a part of the impending Speculation Tax, that Kelowna Realtor Darcy Nyrose could live with it might be the foreign buyer's element.

But Nyrose said hitting people from other provinces with the tax is a mistake.

Instead, he said the province would do better to give developers more incentives to build affordable housing.
