Westbank Community Rallies Together for National Competition

The District of West Kelowna and Westbank First Nation unveiled a new website about their joint entry into the national Communities in Bloom competition on the morning of May 8, 2015. The site is called PartnersInBloom.ca, and it's intended to celebrate and inform.
