The West Kelowna Warriors have added a new player to the roster.
The Warriors acquired forward Garrett Forster and future considerations from the Victoria Grizzlies in exchange for forward Brayden Gelsinger. From Delta, B.C., Forster is a four-year BCHL veteran. He’s played 195 games for four different teams. In his last season with the Grizzlies, Forster had 17 goals and 28 assists, marking up 45 points in 45 games. Gelsinger was also a point/game player when he was 18 years old.

“We are very excited to be adding a player with this experience level and offensive ability,” said Head Coach and GM Rylan Ferster.
Gelsinger became part of the West Kelowna team on November 3, 2014 after he was acquired from Cowichan Valley. He racked up 37 points in 39 games for the Warriors, including 12 goals.
The Warriors thank Gelsinger for his time with the team and wish him the best of luck in Victoria.
